Our Story

Zen Community Care was founded with a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves the opportunity to live independently, with dignity, choice, and meaningful support.

Based in Brisbane and proudly serving communities across Queensland, we recognised the need for disability services that go beyond basic assistance. Families were looking for more than support; they were looking for reliability, compassion, and genuine partnership.

From our early beginnings, our goal has been to provide holistic disability support that individuals and families can truly rely on. Today, as a trusted NDIS-registered provider, we continue to grow while remaining grounded in our core commitment: empowering people with disabilities to thrive in their own homes and communities.

Our Approach

Our approach is collaborative and flexible. We work closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to develop personalised care plans that evolve as needs change.

Whether support is required for a few hours per week or involves more intensive or overnight care, our team adapts to ensure services remain aligned with individual goals.
